Partizan made it in Split

One more win in NLB league, Partizan won the match against Split Co 60:70 (10:13, 21:22, 17:23, 12:12). A lot of Partizan's turnovers and a very bad field goals percentage of the host were the mark of the miserable first period 10:13. Partizan shifted into the second gear and made it 13:20 in the 2nd quarter but Split had some 3pointers and finished the first half 31:34. The third gear was too much for Split in the second half and the game finished in favour of the guest. Nemanja Besovic played his first two minutes for Partizan on his debut. "Split has always been a bumpy road for us. They have a team consisting of foreigners, talented and experienced players and they always do their best against Partizan. We were very tired and it is known that it is very hard job to win in Split even when you are in perfect physical condition. We missed Rakocevic too. I must admitt that the refs had a perfect game, and I already think of the forthcoming games because we have to defend the 1st position. Congratulations to Split and their Fans because everything was marvelous especially for young players in their team after so many years." said Dusko Vujosevic.
