Win against Joventut for the second victory in the last 48 hours

In the remaining match of the 6th round of the 7Days Eurocup, the black and whites defeated the Spanish team with 78:75 (18:19, 23:14, 22:16, 15:26)

New triumph for the black and white team! For the second time in 48 hours, Partizan NIS basketball came out on the floor of the "Ranko Žeravica" Sports Hall as part of the 7Days Eurocup. In the remaining game of the 6th round, Steamroller welcomed the Spanish Joventut, which had a slight advantage in the opening quarter of the match. The second period, brought a better game for black and whites, which resulted in an advantage of eight points after 20 minutes of play.


In the third quarter, Partizan NIS added gas and gained a double-digit advantage, which it maintained until the 35th minute, when the guests slowly began to catch up with the advantage. However, the black and whites were ready for the Joventut rush, so in the last few minutes they managed to bring the match to an end and record an important victory.

At the press conference held after the match, the coach of Partizan NIS, Saso Filipovski, said:


"It was a difficult match, because the lack of energy was our problem. But my assistants in the professional staff, physiotherapists and fitness coaches, helped the players to regain their strength. Congratulations to the players who did not even have time to prepare tactically. "Dangubic kept him well. Dawson surprised us. But I am glad that we came out as the winners of a difficult match," Filipovski said.
