Novica Velickovic is back to Partizan
"My great desire to play again in front of our fans was crucial for me to come back" - said returner to the black and white squad after signing a contract.
Surname Velickovic will be again on the back of the black and white jersey with number twelve. After playing in Turkish BC Trabzon, former player of BC Real Madrid, BC Mega Vizura and BC Bamberg, Velicković has come back to Belgrade and signed a contract with BC Partizan until the end of the season. Administrative procedures during termination of the contract with the Turkish first league team have been settled this morning and already agreed cooperation could be declared official.
"I am really glad I have come back to Belgrade. To my club. The place where I started. My great desire to play again in front of our fans was crucial for me to come back, I share with them love toward Partizan." - said Velicković after signing a contract.
Silver medalist in Poland in 2009 with the National team of Serbia, multiple champion of the Adriatic league and Serbian Championship will regain his right to perform in the black and white jersey in the first round of domestic Championship. Previously, Velickovic played for the first team of Partizan from 2004 until 2009, and before that he had played with great success for the youth selections of our club, as well.
