'The Black and Whites' back to back cup winners!

BC Partizan won the second cup title in a row and the 10th cup trophy in the clubs history beating BC Red Star 80:65 (21:19, 25:13, 15:17, 19:16) in the Radivoj Korac Cup final in Nis!. BC Partizan played outrageously in the second quarter of the match and everyone in 'Cair' knew who was to eat all the pies tonight as 'the black and whites' had a 14 point lead at the half. Both teams showered from downtown in the first quarter scoring 4 times from outside three-point line each. But Tripković's three with the sound determined the 1st quarter winners 21:19. BC Partizan players grabbed each and every rebound in the second quarter snatching 7 offensive rebounds. The 'black and white' guys poured 4 threes in a row and smashed the rival for 14 points lead at the half (46:32). BC Red Star showed their maximum efforts at the second half opener and they managed to connect to the game again and trail by five points. Novica Veličković opened the fourth quarter in his style, 3 points in the face and the back to back Radivoj Korać Cup title became evident. Regardless to the fact that Lorens Roberts did not play in this match, we proved that we are much better team to Red Star. The Radivoj Korać Cup trophy was presented to Partizan team captain Petar Božić by legendary Vlade Divac. Novica Veličković is the MVP of the tournament and he got his MVP trophy from Dusan Ivkovic, National team head coach.
